What To Expect In Your Energy Session

During a session, I will help you raise your energetic frequency, or vibration, using various techniques drawn from multiple disciplines of training.

In this elevated vibrational space, we can connect to our higher consciousness which has the answers to everything we seek.
You relax, I hold space.

REQUEST APPOINTMENT

Ahead of the session, I will map out your energy prior to discussion, so that I may receive a clear picture of how your energy looks at the time of visit. We will then have a discussion about the energy map, your intention for the session, and address any questions you may have.

These sessions can be accomplished in your own home, office or at my office space.

After discussion, patients typically lie on a massage table* where I can begin my energy healing. I may start with some toning or guided meditation. Using techniques from several sources of training including reiki, healing touch and vibrational medicine, I will address each chakra and each layer of the auric field as needed. Typically, there is no physical touch in these modalities, but I may use light touch (with your consent) if I feel that is necessary to facilitate healing.  I will end with some grounding techniques to recenter yourself.

Energy sessions typically make clients feel deeply relaxed and centered–this can result in increased energy, or feeling the need for rest. Trust what comes up and please take some time to rest & reflect. We don’t get enough of it in today’s fast-paced world.

Also, I will give you self-healing techniques, mantras or practices to continue your own self-healing process. Healing is not complicated, it simply requires intention and practice. You are your best healer.

Ketamine infusion therapy is a treatment option which provides fast and efficient relief for patients struggling with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, as well as chronic pain conditions.  Ketamine has been used safely for decades as an anesthetic and analgesic.  More recently, researchers discovered its secondary therapeutic benefits for mood disorders.

I offer energy work and integration therapy alongside ketamine infusions.  This form of therapy, known as Ketamine Assisted Therapy, helps patients to prepare their emotional and mental body for the expansion and healing that ketamine offers.  Energy sessions allow the nervous system to relax deeply and connect you to your higher consciousness.  In this relaxed state, we can access all the answers and guidance that we are seeking to live our best lives and heal ourselves.  

After energy sessions, patients state that they feel more relaxed and connected to themselves. Many patients state that they have clarity regarding limiting beliefs that have been holding them back, as well as motivation to change.  Patients also report better sleep after energy sessions (with or without ketamine).
