Healing the Healer: a restorative class for healthcare workers

Are you working in healthcare and feeling a bit stressed out lately?  You are not alone.  As a collective, we are still recovering from the stress of the pandemic and many of us are left questioning our roles as healthcare providers.  We want to care for others, but may find ourselves feeling overwhelmed or overrun with fatigue.  This is called “burn out”.  Whether you are taking care of loved ones at home, or working shifts at the hospital, it can happen to any of us.  It happened to me, and it led me through an incredible journey of recovery using energy medicine and holistic health.  And now, we want to help YOU.

We are offering a one-day class to rejuvenate your body and soul.  In this class, we are offering gentle yoga and meditation to clear and restore your body’s energetic frequency to optimal health.  We will discuss the energetic aspects of being an empathic healthcare worker and teach you techniques and practices to protect and hold your own energy at a high vibration so that you are not drained at the end of the day–so important for healthcare workers!  The incredible Tami Reed, Quantum Human Design Coach, will give you a personal analysis of your own unique human design chart related to healthcare work!  Using this chart, you will learn how to empower yourself based on your unique design and let self-compassion guide you to maintain your vitality and alignment.  What makes this class even more amazing?–After both educational segments, you will be receiving a powerful energy healing session, guided by TWO medical reiki masters, that will allow you to integrate this information deeply into your body at a cellular level.
