SUMMARY:Healing the Healer: a Restorative Class for Healthcare Workers
DESCRIPTION:Are you working in healthcare and feeling a bit stressed out lately?  You are not alone.  As a collective\, we are still recovering from the stress of the pandemic and many of us are left questioning our roles as healthcare providers.  We want to care for others\, but may find ourselves feeling overwhelmed or overrun with fatigue.  This is called “burn out”.  Whether you are taking care of loved ones at home\, or working shifts at the hospital\, it can happen to any of us.  It happened to me\, and it led me through an incredible journey of recovery using energy medicine and holistic health.  And now\, I want to help YOU. \nI am offering a class to teach you energy techniques and practices to restore your health in the workplace.  In this class\, we will explore the energetic aspects of being an empathic healthcare worker and learn practices to protect and hold your own energy at a high vibration so that you are not drained at the end of the day–so important for healthcare workers!  We will start with gentle yoga flow to connect with our bodies for mindful healing.  This will be followed by guided meditation and energy healing to clear and restore your body’s energetic frequency to optimal health.  We will discuss how to connect with your aura and the 4th layer of the auric field for setting healthy boundaries.  And finally I will show you easy and practical techniques to raise your vibration to cleanse and clear your energy at the end of the day.  \nRest\, restore\, deeply heal yourself. \nThis class will offer you a different perspective on your role in healthcare (and beyond).  You can use these practices and information daily to maintain your energy at its highest vibration\, to prevent imbalance or dis-ease.  The world needs people like you to be healthy and happy and shine your brightest light.  We need our healthcare providers to be HEALTHY! \nYou deserve it. \nSPACES ARE LIMITED\, sign up to reserve your spot.  *Yoga mats\, yoga props and journals are provided.  Bring a water bottle.  Lunch is not included in cost of event–there are many restaurants located around the studio to choose from.*
