SUMMARY:Intuition for Healing Series:  Use Your Intuition to Overcome Anxiety and Fear
DESCRIPTION:This highly requested 5-week course will teach you how to distinguish between intuition and fear. Learning this skill is incredibly powerful\, and will allow you to naturally decrease the amount of anxiety and self-doubt that you have in your life. When I began using my intuition in my life and my work\, I experienced a profound personal transformation of empowerment and self-awareness.  I began to separate myself from my thoughts and observe what is fear and what is truth.  This practice gained me access to my higher self and the multisensory world\, which has brought me so much joy and inner freedom.  After teaching these tools to many of my patients over the years in clinical practice\, I finally decided to offer a 5-week course to allow students to dive more deeply into intuition and let go of fear. \nThis group will meet once a week IN PERSON to discuss\, practice\, and integrate each lesson. Practicing with others is the best way to learn intuition\, and is fun and empowering. And I will be there to give you guidance\, support\, and help give you clarity as you begin to communicate with the multisensory universe.  As you practice in a relaxed and supported setting\, you will begin to see how the universe is constantly trying to communicate with you. This course is intentionally designed to allow time to learn a technique\, practice as a collective\, and then integrate this concept into your own unique life before learning the next exciting concept. We will utilize techniques to quiet the mind and connect to your higher guidance system to make the best choices for yourself every day.
