SUMMARY:Energy Medicine Class:  What is your Chronic Pain Trying to Tell You?
DESCRIPTION:Have you ever heard the phrase\, pain is just a messenger?  In my experience as a clinician\, and a former sufferer of chronic pain\, this has been absolutely true.  Our bodies are so incredibly wise.  From the moment we are created\, the body begins to grow and change and heal using our cellular DNA as a guide.  But sometimes our bodies get stuck in a pattern\, resulting in contraction\, discomfort or pain.  I have learned that when this occurs\, the body is trying to give us a message.\n\n\nOur bodies can store unprocessed emotions or memories\, until we are ready to process and heal them.  Usually the signal from our body starts off quite subtle.  However\, if we ignore the signal long enough\, it will get louder and harder to ignore (i.e. more painful or debilitating).\nThrough my own journey of healing chronic pain\, I learned how to communicate with my body and listen to its wisdom.  I can now say I am grateful for this deep journey of healing\, which changed my life in so many incredible ways.  It is one of my greatest pleasures to help others learn how to heal themselves from chronic pain and illness and remember how very powerful and capable you are.\n\n\nIn this class\, I will teach you how to listen to your body and reconnect to your own capacity to heal yourself.  You will learn practices and energy healing techniques to transmute holding patterns and limiting beliefs around pain and healing.\n\nTo register\, please contact the Healing Hut: 208-939-6748\, or email molly@etherichealing.co\nThis is a 75-minute IN-PERSON class at the Healing Hut.  Cost $65; Tuesday October 22nd\, 6:00PM-7:15PM.  Bring a notebook and pen.
